My philosophy is to paint daily, so my goal is upload a new painting everyday or at least every few days!  

The purpose of daily painting is two-fold:  

1) daily practice improves skill and focus and 

2) Mindful Art is an excellent meditative tool for relaxation and finding perspective in our daily lives.

After a one month hiatus I am back to daily painting.  During my time off, a big highlight was going to see the new Star Wars movie with my family.  In honor of Star Wars Episode VII:  The Force Awakens, I decided to paint my favorite Star Wars character. Enjoy!
